My name is Leo, I contacted one of your colleague to ask about immigration issue. I was just asking do you have cheaper price, she said 200$ cheaper if signed contract before March, I told her this was a very straight way to sale. Somehow, your colleague think that I was very rude and tell me you have so many clients, you don't care about me, then she hangup on me. When I called her back said that I was going to complain on her, she said some very bad words to me, I felt very uncomfortable. I don't think she is ready to do her job as your staff who will be dealing with clients everyday. I need an apologize from her, otherwise, I will tell my every single friend and every media that I know to let them know this is how you treat your customers.
